'yes' Timeless $119 Plan

Offer ends 30 September 2009. Can be withdrawn at any time.

The 'yes' Timeless $119 Plan (the Plan) is only available for new or eligible existing customers who apply to connect to the Optus Mobile Digital service, and pass the Optus credit assessment and who are accepted by Optus.

Term: The 'yes' Timeless $119 Plan is only available as a package and is not available separately. Your monthly access fee will be $118.99. The Plan is available on a 24 month plan. If you have committed to the Plan with a 24 month term, the minimum total cost is $2855.76, plus the cost of your handset, if any. On the Plan you will pay the first $99 worth of National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS, PTT, National MMS after which these services are unlimited. You will pay a minimum amount of $99 per month even if you do not make $99 worth of calls. For the part month, you will pay only part of the minimum spend. You may not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. Check with sales staff when you connect.

Unlimited value: on the Plan includes National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS, PTT, National MMS. The unlimited offer only applies to standard personal calls and text only and is not to be used for commercial purposes. Optus Mobile Fair Go Policy applies. The Plan includes 1GB of data to access services on Optus Zoo, as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. If you exceed the Plan's included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will be charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 13, 1300, 1800, 1900 numbers. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads.

Exclusions: The Plan's unlimited value excludes 124 YES (937), Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals, International Voice and SMS, International Video, International Roaming and Diversion, International MMS, International Video Calling, 1800, 13 and 1300 numbers, calls to MobileSat, Mobile IM - Instant Messaging, FindA and TrueLocal usage, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo Browsing, Optus Zoo Downloads, Content packs, Mobile Internet Usage, 966* Zoo, Directory Assistance, VOIP services and usage, Premium Video, Operator Assistance, Video Conferencing and 19XX services. Normal charges apply for those calls and services that are not part of the included value.

Termination: If you choose to pay the cost of your handset by the monthly handset payment option or you have chosen a 12 or 24 month plan and you cancel your Optus Mobile Service or it is disconnected for any reason, or you switch carriers within your minimum term ("Termination") you will be required to pay the remaining amount on your phone, if any, plus applicable "Termination Fees". The Termination Fee is calculated in accordance to the following: for months 1-12 of a 24 month term, 100% of the Initial Termination Fee which is $760, for months 13-15, 80% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 16-18, 60% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 19-21, 40% of the initial Termination Fee, for months 22-24, 20% of the initial Termination Fee.

'yes' Timeless $129 Plan

The 'yes' Timeless $129 Plan (the Plan) is only available for new or eligible existing customers who apply to connect to the Optus Mobile Digital service, and pass the Optus credit assessment and who are accepted by Optus. Existing customers must demonstrate that over the three continuous months prior to applying you had an average monthly spend equal to at least the monthly access fee of the Plan.

Term: The Plan is available on a 24 month plan. If you have committed to the Plan with a 24 month term, the minimum total cost is $3096, plus the cost of your handset, if any. On the Plan you will pay the first $129 worth of National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS, PTT, Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals, National MMS after which these services are unlimited. You will pay a minimum amount of $129 per month even if you do not make $129 worth of calls. For the part month, you will pay only part of the minimum spend.

Unlimited value: on the Plan includes National Voice and Video Calls, Standard National SMS, PTT, Voicemail Deposits and Retrievals, National MMS.. Optus Mobile Fair Go Policy applies.

The Plan also includes 2GB of data per month to access services on Optus Zoo, as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. If you exceed your plan's included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will be charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 1900 and CSD services.   • Offer valid until 30 September 2009
  • All prices quoted are GST inclusive. The minimum total cost on a 24 month contract is:, $719.76 for the 3GB plan, $959.76 for the 5GB plan and $1439.76 for the 6GB plan. Excess usage charge of $0.10 per MB applies for usage above included data.
  • Monthly fee includes chosen data usage and internet browsing using Internet Explorer® mobile. Mobile voice plans, SMS plans, MMS and other data plans are offered separately. Handset not included with Windows Mobile® 6 business mobility plans. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/yesinternational under 'GPRS Roaming' section).
  • ^The amount of web browsing (from device or laptop) and emailing you can do on your included data plan depends on websites you visit, online activities and the size of the emails you send and receive. For example, streaming video is more data-intensive than browsing text-only websites; an email with 20 lines of text is approximately 2Kb, but can be much larger if it contains HTML or attachments.
  • Cancellation fees: If you are connected to a 24 month plan and the service is cancelled in the first 12 months you pay a fixed cancellation fee of $60 inc GST and then a pro rata reduction of that amount as follows: 13-15 months, 80% of the cancellation fee; 16-18 months, 60% of the cancellation fee; 19-21 months, 40% of the cancellation fee; 22-24 months, 20% of the cancellation fee.
  • Optus 3G/HSPA/'yes'G Service:. To access Optus 3G services on iPhone, you must be in an Optus 3G/HSPAcoverage area and have an Optus 3G/HSPA SIM card. The Apple iPhone is a UMTS2100 band handset and will provide you with access to 3G/HSPA services in Optus 3G/HSPA 2100MHz service areas. Outside these areas, the iPhone will access the Optus GSM/GPRS network. The Apple iPhone will not provide you with access to 3G services in Optus 'yes'G service areas where a dual band (UMTS2100/UMTS900) 3G/HSPA handset is required. For coverage details on 3G/HSPA and 'yes'G please see www.optus.com.au/coverage.. Actual network speeds both upload and download may vary depending on the type of device in use, location and the number of users accessing the network at the time. Optus Voice to Text (OVTT) is a subscription based value added service that converts standard VoiceMail messages into text messages and then delivers them to your mobile handset. Voice to Text costs AU$6.99 per month for unlimited message conversions sent by SMS to your mobile. Availability: This offer is available to Optus Business (OB) customers, as defined by Optus for subscribers on eligible GSM mobile only. Optus VoiceMail must be active on your mobile account and Voice to Text will replace the VoiceMail delivery method.

Standard VoiceMail charges apply for Voicemail deposits and dialling into the VoiceMail network to listen to deposited messages. VoiceMail messages that have been converted to text messages are saved for 5 days. Voice to Text can be cancelled at any time by SMSing OFF to 7746 or by selecting an alternative VoiceMail delivery method online in mobile.optuszoo.com.au. 1.The minimum total cost for the Windows Mobile HTC Touch Diamond 2 Bundle is as follows: 24 months is $1,416 including handset payments. The minimum total cost for the Windows Mobile Samsung Icon office bundle is as follows: $1, 176 including handset payments, the minimum total cost for the HTC Snap is as follows: 24 months $936 including handset payments. Cancellation fees apply. ^ Excess usage charge of $0.10 per Mb applies for usage above included data. Monthly fee includes chosen data usage uploads and downloads and Internet browsing using Microsoft® Internet Explorer® mobile. Mobile voice plans, SMS plans, MMS and other data plans are offered separately. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/yesinternational under 'GPRS Roaming' section).

^ The amount of web browsing (from device or laptop) and emailing you can do on your included data plan depends on websites you visit, online activities and the size of the emails you send and receive. For example, streaming video is more data intensive than browsing text-only websites; an email with 20 lines of text is approximately 2Kb, but can be much larger if it contains HTML or attachments.

Cancellation fees: If you are connected to a 24 month plan and the service is cancelled in the first 12 months you pay a fixed cancellation fee of $900 inc. GST and then a pro rata reduction of that amount as follows: 13-15 months, 80% of the cancellation fee; 16-18 months, 60% of the cancellation fee; 19-21 months, 40% of the cancellation fee; 22-24 months, 20% of the cancellation fee.

Optus Dual Band service: Refers to our 3G 2100MHz/900MHz Network. Optus Dual band handset/device can provide access to 3G services in the Optus dual band coverage area.
